I found a wonderful recipe for the basil. Still A LOT left.
3 cups basil, firmly packed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
I used my Magic Bullet and stuffed everything in and doused with olive oil and left it go until a very pretty green.
Hope you enjoy the Garden Goodies tonight.

Just finished having lettuce salad with vinaigrette. Made from the garden.
When making a vinaigrette remember the ratio of oil to vinegar is 3 to 1. You can adjust according to taste and what type of vinegar you use. My recipe is as follows:
1 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
fresh herbs, rosemary, thyme, parsley
dried tomatoes with basil
spicy deli mustard
minced garlic
salt
pepper
honey
I only measure the first 2 ingredients, everything else is done to taste.
